Where is the Draper Road Community Coloring Book located?
The Draper Road Community Coloring Book is located on Draper Road NW in downtown Blacksburg, between Coffeeholics and Bollo's coffee shops.
Who can participate in this art project?
This project is open to all ages! It is our hope that everyone enjoying Blacksburg's historic downtown will stop by and engage with this piece of public art.
Are supplies provided?
Yes! Staff has installed a black metal mailbox near the project site, labeled "Coloring Book". Inside this mailbox you will find colorful sidewalk chalk that may be used to color the design. Please remember to return the chalk to the mailbox when you are finished!
When will the theme be updated?
The project theme will change on a quarterly basis. When a theme is changed, updates will be made to this page. The utility marking paint used to outline the design will stay in place for a period of roughly 90-days.
