A Retail Incubator is Coming to Downtown Blacksburg

Big things are happening at 414 N. Main Street (formerly Cook’s Cleaners)! The Town of Blacksburg in partnership with Downtown Blacksburg Inc. is transforming this downtown location into a vibrant community hub designed to support small retail businesses and enrich our town’s downtown experience.

What’s Coming Soon:

• A Retail Business Incubator - A shared space for new and small retail businesses to launch and grow—with support from mentors, resources, marketing, and more.
• Event and Meeting Space - A flexible venue with a reception area, conference room, and kitchen available for public rental.
• Visitor & Resident Information Hub - Your go-to spot for maps, brochures, event info, and all things Blacksburg.
